I hurriedly dashed to first period since I was nearly late as a result of thinking of ways I could successfully murder Xander without leaving any trace then I went as far to think of how to explain to Seth to pick me up by 8pm but let me

The teacher as always was yet to come in and I decided for the first time ever to actually listen to cool music at least to calm myself before the lecture behind with that in mind I took out my phone and played “Thank you next” By Ariana Grande humming the song along with her vocals until I was rudely interrupted by someone

“Hey girly.. Maya said taking a sit next to me

“You crazy a$$ I was just getting into the music

“Well too bad we have class anyways

“Well since you rudely taken away my music what do you want now… I said holding my hands

“Gosh why are you suddenly in a bad mood today

“Argg I’m not in a bad mood it’s just Xander he annoys me in ways I can’t explain

“Yet you still love him… She said while I glared at her

“Love who… Jennifer said smiling

“Arrg Maya why can’t you keep your mouth shut… I thought inwardly

“OMG kierra has a crush… She screamed as everyone turned to face me

“So kierra we’re all waiting who is it…. Jennifer said as all eyes were on me

“I really don’t think it should be any of your concerns ….Maya said

“Shh Maya kierra has a crush that’s a first I for one would like to know who it is so kierra we’re all waiting who is it… She said as I stared at Maya confused on what to do

“How did you know my name I never told you.. Maya said to Jennifer

“Pttt… I did my home work and besides I can get anything that I want and I’ll do anything to keep what’s mine

“Anyways don’t dare try to change the topic who’s the lucky lucky guy or is someone you can’t have right… She said

“Oooooo… Many relied

“Or something you can’t keep… I said as she gasped in shock

“My crush is Seth… I said not thinking twice as the whole class went silent that you could hear a pin drop

“My crush is Seth you all happy now good…. I said as the teacher walked in everyone whispering something to which I shinned until the lecture was over and I headed to the lab as always with Maya

 

All throughout class everyone kept whispering and discussing about my little confession

I knew that if I hadn’t said anything they wouldn’t stop asking and its not like I could keep shut and decide not to say a word so instead I said Seth’s name since we were going to the party together at first I thought everyone would forget about it but it seems to spread like wide fire and now I was the talk of the whole school

“So kierra is it true you like Seth… A girl said close to me

“For the umpteenth time would you guys leave me alone Already i told you yes I do so would you let it be and go away… I said

“Well you two do not look good together anyway bye now… She said giggling before leaving

“Umm I’m confused right now… Seth said grabbing a chair beside me

“I’m so so sorry for lying to them using your name it’s just that…

“Nope you don’t have to explain I get it you wanted to rest of the class to keep shut you don’t have to worry about it I’ll be fine okay.

“So did you get my note…

“Yeah I did but you can’t take me home I’ll be spending the night at Xander’s… I said awaiting his reaction

“Xander… He asked shocked

“Yeah his parents are a family friend so it’s all good… I said grinning

“Umm okay and Kierra one last thing I really hope one day what you said won’t be a lie… He added as the teacher walked in for class

 

Today was really hectic with teacher giving projects and all so finally it was lunch break and thankfully I didn’t have class immediately which meant I had a little bit of time to rest before hearing home and then waiting for Maya for the party

I placed my books in my locker before slamming it shut heading for the cafeteria as my phone beeped

“Can’t make it for lunch meet you up at your house by six

Maya

I couldn’t help what could be keeping Maya that busy that she would miss lunch I guess I would have to ask her about it all later for now I’m extremely hungry

“Oh well I guess it’ll just be me the football team and then of course Xander and Jennifer… I thought heading to the cafeteria but stopped in my tracks at the sight in front of me

At our table the guys were already there eating happily Usually Xander would wait till I was there before he would even think of getting lunch but this time they were all eating happily without me and my sit was empty which means he knew I wasn’t there yet so why would he do something like that..

“Xander… I called out when I got to our usual table

“Huh I’m busy right now… He said whispering something to Jennifer as she giggled

“What’s wrong with you,you started eating without me

“It’s not my fault you’re late… He spat out

“Ooohhh ooohhh… The guys mocked as I felt my heart tearing

“Are you angry with me or something…

“Nope why would I be just stop talking and eat or you can leave… He said giving his attention back to Jennifer as I felt my stomach clench

 

Lunch was over but I was barely able to eat anything Xander and Jennifer were all over each other all throughout lunch and they kept kissing and cuddling none stop that I just wanted to puke out my intestines the guys kept cheering right next to me as they put on on show for the whole cafeteria to watch

So right now the best I could do was to take a walk trying to figure out what I could have done to him to make him so mad at me

I passed by the boy’s locker room where they usually changed when they wanted to practice or at least when they had a game when I heard noises coming from inside

Deciding it wouldn’t hurt to be a bit curious I waltzed in creaking the door open a bit to meet a sight for sore eyes

Xander was working on the punching bag full on shirtless right now and he was hitting it like he was extremely angry muttering something to himself as he went harder than the previous tine until all the sand in the bag poured out

“Like what you see… He said as I gasped in shock while he grabbed a water bottle gulping it all down as beads of sweet trailed down his abs.

“What do you want kierra..

“OK I definitely did something to you just tell me please… I said taking a sit beside him

“You lied to me you said you didn’t have feelings for that dirt bag…He said clenching the plastic bottle

“Who

“Seth… He growled

“I don’t I swear…

“But then Jennifer said you openly said he was your crush

“Of course she did… I thought angrily

“Damn it Xander I said that so they would stop talking… I said staring at him

“So you don’t like him

“Of course not Xander I’m scared of letting someone else in… I said looking away

“So you mean someone else is already in… He asked making me face him

“Hmm I guess we’ll never know… I said standing up.

“Then right hand hits it while the left hand weighs simple… He said as his hand moved to my waists making me shiver due to contact

“Give me your best shot… He added once more as his hold on my waists tightened while I made an attempt to hit it

“Just imagine it’s the one you hate on the bag and hit harder… He whispers still holding me firmly by my waists

“OK Jennifer’s face then.. I thought as I punched harder

“Turns out this pretty can actually hit… He said as his hands Trailed down my face

“Bird brain I have class I’ll get going now… I said trying to get up as he held my hand preventing me drawing me closer

“I’ll be at your house making sure that dirt bag doesn’t try anything funny… He said smirking

“See you at eight… He added as I walked away leaving me confused speechless and worse blushing crimson red

“Wait a minute aren’t you supposed to be killing… My subconscious mocked as I felt my hands where he touched them
