Taylor’s Pov
I would recognize that voice even in my sleep, that wasn’t the cause of confusion right now, the problem was why he suddenly has interest in joining our team, there’s something fishy going on here for sure.

“Why would you wanna join our team Ian… Jenny said like she read my mind.

“I love hunting and hunting with you guys seems like fun so why not… He said grinning.

“Nice outfit by the way Taylor… He added as I grimaced.

“So am I welcomed to join.

“What do you think Taylor… Jenny said as I folded my hands.

“I have no say in this, it’s your call…I said staring at the hundred items we would have to find.

“Well Ian is really good at hunting so I guess he can join.

“Okay if you say so.. I said calculating how we would win.

“Okay am here where’s mason… Timothy said hugging Jenny from behind.

“umm… Mason’s not joining our team.

“What why…

“Ian asked first… She added pointing towards Ian.

“That’s really strange… Mason is gonna be so disappointed.

“Anyways… I said trying to stop myself from thinking about mason and the look on his face when he finds out.

“We have the whole of this week to hunt right, which means every day we need to find 20 items on this list since we’re four we each have to find five items… I said smiling.

“Or it’ll be easier to work in teams of two, and we would have to find ten items that way…Ian said as I turned to face him

“What… I said looking puzzled.

“Working alone would make us prone to distractions whereas working with someone would guarantee more efficiency… He said as I out it to thought.

“He’s kinda right Taylor… Jenny said as I nodded slowly.

“Alright I’ll go with…

“Me… He repeated holding up his list.

“Then I guess we’re together in this too… Timothy said slowly looking puzzled as well.

“Alright we’ll take 1 to ten you guys take 11 to twenty… I saysaids as they nodded.

“The hunt started minutes ago some teams are already ahead of us we should get going… I added slowly emptying the contents of my bag into the locker so I’ll have space for the items.

“Alright we re-group here during lunch hour… Jenny added as I nodded.

“So first item always simple right… A masking tape…ian said smiling as I frowned.

“This would be so much fun if it were with mason… I thought shrugging.

“You teamed up with Ian… He said right in cue behind me his tone filled with hurt.

“Mason I…

“I didn’t know you would wanna team up with her bruh, I thought you were with Sasha now… He said as mason glared.

“Am not… He said simply.

“Mason I’m really sorry,ian just came first.

“Right I get it… He said lowly.

“You can team up with me… Sasha said grinning.

“Yeah whatever… Mason said nonchalantly.

“You might have beaten me at that game yesterday but this I’ll beat you at, and I’m already one point ahead if you know what I mean… She said winking as she walked away with mason.

“Let’s go.. I said groaning my desire to win multiplying ten folds

“So where are we gonna get a masking tape.

“Well arts and crafts should have tons of them right… Ian added.

“Yeah let’s go check… I said as we walked towards that area.

Most of the masking tapes were already gone by the time we got there, looks like other teams figured that out as well, there was no where else in the school we could get there from well except the principal office but that would be suicide.

“We should check the principal office… Ian suggested as I froze.

“No thanks I don’t wanna get into trouble.

“You won’t he’ll keep extra we’ll be in there and out.

“What if he catches us.

“He won’t.. Common he’s coordinating other affairs now which gives us the perfect opportunity let’s go.. Ian said as I followed slowly still not sure about this new plan.

 

We got to the office and with shaky hands, I followed Ian inside who didn’t look scared one bit, the receptionist was absent like he said as I did a silent prayer hoping the principal would be too.

“You stand out guard here I’ll get the tape… ian said as I shook my head in disapproval.

“I’m not staying here in the open.

“Would you rather go into the office where it’ll be a real crime if you’re caught here just say you’re waiting for the principal… He said rolling his eyes before going into the office.

Like I always do when I was nervous, I kept watch over the door fidgeting with my fingers at intervals, I kept waiting for ian to walk past that door announcing he found the tape so we can finally get out of here and I’ll have a clear conscience but he was taking longer than expected.
I heard faint noises coming towards the office,i didnt need to be told twice before I rushed into the office to meet Ian searching through the drawers.

“Chill I found the tape let’s go… He said smiling.

“Someone’s coning.. I said trying to sound as low as possible…

“sh*t… He cursed as I walked towards him.

In a split second I was pulled under the desk so close to ian as the knob twisted, I heard footsteps before a voice spoke up

“We shouldn’t be in here Sasha… Mason said as I gasped inaudibly.

“This is the only place we’re gonna get the tape from we’ll be out of here I just need to get the tape… She said walking towards the table.

“I left the tape on the table… Ian whispered as I got out yanking it out of her grip.

“That’s ours… I said as ian got out too.

“I don’t see your name written on it any where and besides why was it on the table and you under there

“Because we left it there.

“Oh right I don’t think you can have a quickie under the table though… She said as I raised my hand to hit her.

“Like my outfit changed I changed you I don’t play silly games anymore don’t talk to me like I’m trash because I’m not… I said shoving her the finger as she held her face.

“Here I was thinking she forget rule number 3…Mason said biting his lower lip in an attempt not to laugh.

“Never… I said giggling before walking out.

“Masking tape … I thought bribing out my list.

“So what’s next… Ian said walking beside me.

“Well we don’t have much time the next item is a ball of golden wool.

“Well that’s almost easy I have one in my locker.

“Item two

“What’s next…

“Well a pair of scissors.

“Where can we find those.

“Well the easiest place would be arts and crafts again but that place is totally empty, the lunch lady should have those right… I said Thoughtfully.

“Yeah she should but I’m sure she wouldn’t give it to us though…

“Not if we ask nicely… I said walking towards the cafeteria.

The Lunch lady was were she usually was as ian and I walked slowly towards her stopping right infront of her.

“Am not helping anyone with the hunt… She said before we could even utter a word.

“We just need a pair of scissors ma’am…i said smiling.

“I’ve given out most of my stuff because of this hunt I’m not giving out any More.

“But ma’ma please make an exception just this one last time… I pleaded slowly.

“I can’t… I’m sorry.. She said as I sighed slowly.

“Thanks anyways… I muttered as we walked away .

“Now where are we gonna get them.

“The lost and found… Ian exclaimed.

“What would it be doing there.

“Well clothes are there and students need to style them do obviously a scissors would be there… He said as I smirked.

“genius… I remarked as we rushed to the lost and found.

The lost and found bin was full of clothes and a bunch of other stuff but at the far end was the object of desire… A scissor.
I rushed to grab it before anything clich� would happen and I would loose it or something, the minute I had my hands on it I smirked in victory before putting it in my bag walking back to Ian.

“So what’s next..

“You… He said as I looked confused.

“Huh.

“I told you before I wanted you right.

“Not now ian please.. I said scoffing.

” Taylor you can’t seriously wanna go out with mason, he only has eyes for Sasha…He said and surprisingly it stung.

“I never said I wanted to Ian let’s just go… I said trying to walk away.

“At least hear me out.

“There’s nothing to hear Ian.

“Just give me one chance that’s all I ask one little chance then you can decide if you still want me or not.

“Ian please… I said lowly.

“Just one chance.

“Alright what do you wanna prove to me… I said folding my hands as he moved closer to me raising my chin up.

“Wait what are you… I tried to say before he locked his lips with mine.

Okay the first time I didn’t say anything about being kissed against my will but this is just way past his limit, I pushed him as fiercely as I could rubbing my lips trying to get his stench off, I raised my eyes to state at him noticing the victorious smirk dancing on his lips, harder than the one I gave to Sasha I made sure the two thunderous slaps I gave him where enough to put his brain back to factory reset before walking away.

“Stay the hell away from me I’ll find the rest items on my own… I said walking away to the rest room.

Inside the comfort of the thin walls of the rest room, I slumped to the ground running my hands through my hair trying to get the image of him kissing me off my mind it was so disgusting and gross,this was the second time one of the TIMS was doing that and it hurt more than the last it’s like no one has respect for my feelings they only want to take advantage of me and get what they want.
I splashed water on my face before using liquid soap on my lips as crazy as it might sound I needed to get every trace of him off me else I would start hating myself very soon.
The minute I was done, I sprinkled water on my face, adjusted my make up as well as my clothes before walking out still feeling a little down.
I headed to the music class trying to find a yarn for the next item but I really just wanted some peace and quiet and to calm down for a second or two before I would have to face him all over again.
I twisted the knob of the class, heaving a sigh of relief that it was empty I walked in taking my sit burying my face in my laps as the images of things flooded my brain.
I couldn’t help but wonder how mason would react why he finds out ian kissed me I mean would he care or would he shrug it off like it was nothing, never the less I felt the need to tell him about it, it was easier to talk to him about anything than most people I know.

“Barely six hours without me by your side and you’re a mess Taylor harttway… His husky voice said as I raised my head up to meet him smirking.

“Miss me that much?… He added still smirking only this time he let it turn into a small genuine smile.

I stood up to meet his gaze before rushing into his arms not caring how he would take it or what he would think of me, at that moment all I needed was to fill my nostrils with his cologne.

“Yes… I answered as his hands gripped my waist tightly.
