BOOOOM.!!!
Like the hiroshima incidence
my heart exploded
into countless pieces beyond mending
or so i had thought
when you said that one painful word
” GOODBYE ”
walking out of my life.

it was a “bye”
but never a “goodbye”
as it wasn’t a good thing losing you.
my heart shattered
as i watched you walk away
i felt the burden of the whole universe on me.

Death beaconed me convincingly
with its deceptive message
“ONLY OPTION LEFT”
but was your love worthy dying for?
why did you leave if you loved me?

i wanted to end my life
because you left
for i thought
life was defined by your presence
and the thought of ending life was sweet
like when the angels sing

i could have died love
but your love was never worthy dying for
because you never loved
well , i heard those who love don’t leave

i could have died for love
but today i jubilate
that i didn’t die for love
and though the world is different
from the one in which you existed
LIFE STILL GOES ON
ON WITHOUT YOU
LIFE GOES ON
ON AS TIME
