Kierra’s Pov

I didn’t posses the courage to look into those charming eyes of his so instead I carefully removed my hands from his shoulder climbed off him dusted myself and took my sit on the couch as his did same nor saying a word to me

“Okkk… I guess we’re just going to pretend like nothing happened in that case let’s finish the movie.. Maxwell said staring at the TV only to find it giving out the credits already as it ended minutes ago

“OK then it’s obviously still pouring out there so there’s the game I learnt in school before…

“Speaking of school are you here for Good or what… I said smiling as he attended a different highschool from us

“Well yeah I’m gonna do senior high at ever green because well I really don’t think I’m really for college yet

“You could have said so six months ago bird brain

“Shut up and listen girl am older than… He said as I stuck my tongue out to him

“Childish… I heard Xander chuckle behind me still unable to face him without blushing so instead I resulted to staring at Maya rather than making a fool out of myself

“Well like I was saying the game is pretty easy it’s called CONFESSION TIME

“We’re not in a church you know… I said

“Wow I missed alot little sister you’ve suddenly become smart now know it all.. He said smirking

“Shut it bird brain and explain the damn game

“Well it’s simple all you have to do is say something private it could be just a sentence and no questions would be asked easy as pie right

“Yeah yeah so why don’t you start little sis then Xander, Maya and then yours truly

“The bird brain… I screamed chuckling

“Just confess already it better be something true OK

“Alright alright… I said thinking of what to say taking one last glance at Xander

“I’m scared of letting someone else in….I said simply

“What… Xander asked behind me

“Alright then umm… Xander said

“I guess I’m scared of my feelings.. He added as my breath hitched

“What feelings… I nearly screamed in his face

“Pttt… Kids… He said earning a knock from Maya

“OK you your turn… He said smiling at Maya

“I think I like your dumb a$$ brother… She said smirking

“Yeah I know I’m not blind you know but I will warn you the sonner you leave the earlier you have peace of mind…I said smirking as he threw a pillow at me

“OK my turn them so umm I guess I…. Max said

“I’m in love with her… He said taking her hand

“Awwn he’s so so so sweet… I said cooing

“He’s in love with me… I added

“Tch… You wish I was I meant Maya dumb dumb…

“Awwn she can’t stop blushing… I said smirking enjoying every moment of this

“OK OK that’s enough I should get going now..Maya

“Yeah yeah I’ll drop you off then

“Wait you mean you had your car here this whole time.. Maya said gasping

“Umm yeah the rain seems to have stopped I’ll drop you common let’s get going.. He said as they walked out

“You should have just said you wanted to stay a while I wonder whyy.. She said winking at me as I chuckled a bit clearing up the loose popcorn

“So sis anything you would like to tell me… He said grinning

“Arrggg… Nothing… I said using my palm to cover my face

“You still like him don’t you Huh.. He said smirking

I may or may not have blabbed about my feelings to max before he left and ever since he wasted no opportunity to mock me about it but nevertheless didn’t tell me to move on for some reason he only promised to beat Xander up if he dares makes me cry not like he hasn’t but I won’t tell him that I knew he was dead serious

“So it seems you know Jennifer… I said bringing up the topic

“Not now sis really long story for a really long day but I’ll tell you though you’re my little confidant…..He sad ruffling you my hair

“Ooohhh Awwn my baby is backkk…mum said rushing in dropping her bag hugging max really tightly

“Help me.. He whispered

“Actually the movie has finished but this one has just begun… I said grabbing my popcorn as she cuddled him even more

 

The night was really a fun one after that dad came a bit late but even at that we still had the best time ever with Max making snarly comments and well wasting food in the kitchen with mum screaming at all of us and that was when I realised how much I missed my big brother frankly things were gonna be great after today just great… I thought staring at my perfect family well almost since max was currently making sure to fight over the TV with me even though my favourite show was on

 

(Friday)

It was finally party night now all I needed was to get through the annoying day at school and then rush home to get ready with Maya and then I’ll be off usually Xander would pick us up and then we’ll all go together but this time I have string feeling it’s gonna be different for one I’ll be going with Seth and two he has Jennifer now and he seems to be really happy with her

“Get your a$$ down here… I heard from out my window and that was when I realized I’ve been on my dead simply reminiscing on the week when I was supposed to be getting ready

Sprinting into the bathroom I hurriedly took my bath my clothes laid stylishly on my bed waiting my approval

I simply applied some powder since there was absolutely no time for make up now and then I was off to school

“Morning mum dad… I said smiling

“Oh good morning Xander how are you Xander…Xander said mimicking

“Oh kierra I’m just fine… Xander added in his usual Voice as dad chuckled

“Off to school kids.. Dad added as Xander smirked getting up while I said nothing remembering yesterday’s event

 

“Ouch… I heard Xander groan as the door slammed shut probably hurting his fingers in the process

“You bird brain you hurt yourself now… I scolded rushing to his sides

“Just let me see… I said trying to get hold of his hand

“It doesn’t hurt there it hurts here… He said pointing to his heart

“Dumb dumb you were faking that… I said hitting him

“Yeah you refused to talk to me I had to do that

“Asshat… I cursed taking my seat in the car facing the opposite side as he entered the car driving off

 

He repeatedly kept Tapping his fingers on the wheel making sure to annoy me all through the way to school

“Could you stop that… I said groaning out of frustration

“Sorry Kierra isn’t taking to me right now and I only listen to Kierra no one else … He said hitting it harder

“Stop it …i said

“Nopeee

“Alright fine I’ll stop avoiding you… I said as he stopped talking

“That wasn’t so easy was it now

“Pttt… You’re lucky I can’t stay mad at you… I muttered to my hearing at got to the parking lot

 

Jennifer Pov

How dare that slut it isn’t enough that I let her spend that much time with my boyfriend she has the audacity to even dare smile at him and act all lovey when she’s around him

And when the hell was Max at her place my past keeps hunting me I can’t let anyone know much less kierra know what’s the deal between I and max I just hope they aren’t related in any way or else what I’ve buried so deep for so long would come back to hunt me… I thought as I heard footsteps behind me

“Well well we’ll of it isn’t Xander’s new fling I bet you’ll last two Weeks tops… Kate said behind me

“I’m not his fling and I won’t last two weeks OK… I said glaring at her

“As long as his little best friend is close to him trust me dear you won’t last long… She said smirking

“What’s that supposed to mean

“It means if you want Xander to be yours for a long time you better find away to get rid of her…..She said turning to leave

“Why are you helping me Huh…I said as she stopped in her tracks

“Because I told her of I can’t have Xander Thompson she won’t and frankly I prefer you having him any day than she think about what I said OK that Is if you truly love him… She said walking past me leaving me stunned

I looked ahead of me to find Xander helping kierra with her stuffs as they both smiled at each other and I couldn’t help but notice his smile is totally different from when he’s with me and it made my blood boil maybe I do need to get rid of her and I need to do it soon

 

Kierra’s Pov

Xander was kind enough to point it out that I was too weak to carry my own stuffs so decided to help me out with it as I smiled walking in until I reached my locker

“OK thanks I guess you can go now… I said

“What no thank you…

“Thank you… I said

“Hmm she’s nice today… He said smirking

“Shut up jerk… I said opening up my locker as a little note fell from inside

“Oh a note a secret admirer let’s see… He said picking it up

“Hey Xander don’t you dare that’s private give it back… I said trying to grab it from him

“Nope I’ll read it first now shhh…He said as I groaned in defeat

“Your smiles lighten up my world… He started as I blushed a little looking down

“I look forward to seeing you everyday

“You’ve become my addiction my obsession and I think I’m falling for you Kiera Leah

“Oh gosh I wish this would say love Xander… I thought

“I can’t wait for our dance tonight I’ll pick you up by 8 wear something beautiful even though you look stunning in anything you wear

“Love ……………..

SETH…He said coldly

“Tch… Lame… He added ripping it off right in my eyes before leaving it in the trash disappearing like it meant nothing

And the crazy part of it all was that I was lost in the way he read the letter wishing it was in fact his letter and not Seth’s at least before reality hit me in the face and I remembered he has no right to Rip me letter like that destroying it’s content

“I’ll make you pay for that Xander… I thought before slamming my lockers heading for class.
