ALEXANDRA.

He grins at me and my mouth is wide open as I stare at him.
Neighbors?
He’s gonna be my neighbour?
God, I can’t believe this.
I watch his face splits into a grin and I roll my eyes before turning to mother.

“I will be upstairs now. Nice to meet you ma’am and Sir. ”
I bow to the man and the woman before leaving them and walking upstairs.

I close the door to my room behind me and sigh, ploping down on the bed.
I have a weird feeling about that guy.
I feel like he’s gonna be trouble.
I don’t know why though but I’m gonna make sure I stay away from him.

I grab my phone from my jacket and that’s when I remember that I forgot my schoolbag downstairs.
I groan loudly before getting up from the bed, heading towards the door and just as I open it, he’s standing awkwardly in the hallway with his hands against the wall.

I cock my head to the side wondering what he’s doing before closing the door behind me and the sound must have made him realized that he’s standing at the hallway and he raises his head up before smirking at me, immediately his eyes meets mine.

“The one with the eye problem. ”
He says cockily and I roll my eyes before proceeding to walk away when he blocks my path and I raise my brows at him, crossing my arms against my chest.

“Is there something you need from me, Ryan? Why are you staring at me? ”
I raise my brows and he chuckles before taking a step closer to me while I immediately move backwards.
He takes another step and I repeat the action till my back hits against the wall and I breathe out, staring into his eyes.
I want to look away but I can’t.

“I’m really curious about you. ”
He says and I gulp in, I can’t think of anything to say cause I have no idea what I should say even.

“there’s something about you that makes me so curious. I wonder what that thing is.
I think there is more to you than just hiding behind those glasses. Am I right? ”
I don’t think so.
I’m just a girl that loves studying and schooling. A girl that loves using glasses cause I believe it will enhance my reading habits even the more.
I’m the girl that people hardly notice but is most noticed my teachers.
I’m the girl that wants to get out of school with good grades and can’t wait for college.
I’m the girl that apparently lost her boyfriend to her best friend.
I’m the girl that get hurts by the slightest things… Or at least I think I am.

“No. There’s nothing to find out. ”
I mutter through clenched teeth, my eyes wandering around his.
His eyes are a deep shade of grey and I wonder how it can be that grey.

“We will see about that and trust me when I say I plan on uncovering everything. ”
He winks before walking away and I key out a breath I didn’t knew I was holding.

What the hell was that?!
