I got out of the shower poking my head of the door. Thankfully, he wasn’t there when I got out. A small part of me actually thought he’d be waiting. I sighed in relief and sat on my bed.

Looking around me, I realised I was a prisoner in his house. Sharon must be so worried about me, I have to try and get into contact with her somehow.

Just then, I heard a soft knock on the door. I knew once it couldn’t be Stefan, he would never knock.

“Umm, who’s there?”.

“Miss Grant, it’s Rio. Mr Pierce requests your presence downstairs from dinner. ”

“He must be out of his mind! His kidnaps me, forces me to be his multi taster and now he wants to have dinner!”

“You can tell him I’m not hungry.” I respond getting into the bed.

“But miss Grant…”

“You can also tell him if he tries to come up here, within three feets of my room, I’ll open the window and jump out!”

I exclaim sounding extremely serious.

“Now go, I’m not hungry.”

I add in a tone of finality. I hear his steps retreating probably to tell Stefan. I can only imagine the look on his face.

Barely a minute later, I hear a key being pushed into my key hole and my door bursts open.

“Really Lina. Really….”

He trails off making me gulp, my eyes dart to the window and I consider it for a second.

“Don’t even think about it.”

He warns, walking towards me.

“You belong to Me Lina so if I say we have dinner together, we have dinner together.”

He says picking me up in bridal style, I tried to protest but he’s twice my size, coupled with the fact that he’s extremely strong. I stood no chance.

He brought me downstairs before letting me go, forcing me to seat on the chair.

“Eat!” He pointed at the food and when back to his, in silence.

“Now who’s the boss…” I hear his mumble under his breath.

“Umm Stefan….”

“Can I have my phone back please, I need to make a call so someone can know I’m safe ”

“Just one phone call, when you’re done eating.” I half smiled before going back to my food.

True to his words, my phone was handed back to me when I finished.

“Go on, call…” I felt extra nervous that he was standing close to me. How was I supposed to ask Sharon for help. I dialed her number and waited for her to answer.

📞 Oh thank goodness. I’ve been worried sick about you. What happened? She says into the receiver.

📞 Umm, I got a new job for Stefan Pierce. I have a debt to pay so I have to work for him. She gasps obviously understanding what I meant.

📞 Are you okay?

📞 Yes, I’m okay.

📞 You just hang tight, I’ll find a way to get you out. I promise.

Stefan grabs the phone from me hanging up.

“That’s enough, you should go to bed. You have a long day ahead of you ”

“What’s that supposed to mean?”

“You’ll see, just get some sleep.”

I nod my head lightly before running up the stairs having a little hope.

“She’ll come get me.”

I mumbled as I laid in bed.
