Today was fun and all but all good things sadly must come to an end.

I made a pouty face the moment he announced we had to go home. I begged, I pleaded, I protested but his mind was obviously made up. I wanted to stay here for a really long time but we had to leave.

I faced the window refusing to talk to him for making us leave. I won’t utter one word to him unless he takes me back there, I miss the cotten candy, the rides and everything. I escaped from my reality and he took it away from me.

“Lina… It’s late plus I have work tomorrow.” He tried to pacify.

I huffed still not facing him.

“Lina, I’m sorry.” He tried to touch my shoulders but I shoved him away in annoyance.

“Alright then I promise I’ll take you once a month.”

“Twice.” I said firmly.

“Alright.” He agreed, I faced him with a sly grin.

“Thank you.” I beamed not knowing when I threw my hands around his neck and pulled him for a tight hug.

I cleared my throat awkwardly and tried to pull away but he held me back as tight as he could. Moments later I finally relaxed into the hug and buried my face in the crook of his neck.

“Mm’mm…” He moaned slightly after that action bringing back memories of that night. His face was close to mine and he moved back a little trying to fuss our lips together. I quickly pulled away and went back to my corner.

If I kissed him, I had a feeling I won’t be able to stop. Besides, he’s Stefan Pierce my one night stand and my owner, I shouldn’t be having thoughts about him. What I should be thinking about is paying off my debt so I can leave.

Stefan wasn’t going back to work so we both went to our separate rooms. I for a bath but heaven knows what he went to do.

After a really long shower, strode downstairs for bottled water sighting Rhoda on the stool, she looked deep in thoughts I almost turned away deciding not to disturb her but curiosity got the best of me.

“Umm can we talk?” She jumped a little startled.

“Umm do you need something ma’am…”

“No I don’t, I really need to …”

“I’m sorry ma’am, if it isn’t work related I can’t answer that. Yesterday was a mistake, it’ll never happen again but I really need to go.” She stands up obviously in a hurry.

“I just want to know what’s behind that door. I promise you Stefan won’t find out, I’m in this house but I barely know what’s going on. Just tell me please.”

I plead and she sighs.

“I can’t tell you what’s behind that door. We shouldn’t have gone there in the first place. You shouldn’t get close to the door ever.” I opened my mouth about to speak but was cut short.

“What door?” Stefan asks in a calm tone behind us. Too calm that it’s making me shudder.
