After getting tickets, we started with the roller coasters of course. I bet we looked real funny right now. A pair of adults in a ride meant for kids. Quite frankly, I didn’t care but I wondered how it’ll look on Stefan’s reputation.

“Maybe you should seat out this next ride.” I said moving towards the “journey to the center of the earth”

“Why?” He asks walking besides me.

“Well because you don’t know what reporters might be lurking, what if someone sees.”

“That’s their problem. I’m having fun Lina and if you haven’t noticed I don’t have fun.” He says making me chuckle.

“Alright then, I’ll race you there.” I said twinkling my eyes in excitement.

The next thing on our list wasn’t necessarily a ride. ” The mystic manor.” It had bats and all so it was meant to be some sort of a scary place.

“Maybe we should….” I trailed off staring at him.

“Scared much. We’re doing this.” He tugged me by my hand forcing me in.

The door was closed behind us and the sign read.

“Find your way out, if you dare.” I scoffed wondering how that was supposed to scare me.

Suddenly, we were both injected with something.

“Ouch…” I moaned in pain mixed with confusion.

“You have both been injected with a substance known as “dopamine” it induces fear but it’s very legal and safe. The objective is to make it out of here all while seeing your biggest fears. Goodluck ” The voices says and echoes away.

“Tch… I’m not scared of anything.” Stefan says boasting and I start to feel woozy.

“The drugs probably takes time to have effect, we could get out of here.” Stefan says, I turn back and scream.

“Giant cockroach.” I yell and push it away. I shake my head but it’s only Stefan.

“I’m sorry.”

“Scared of cockroaches are we… It’s not real Lina. Come on.” He says taking my hand and we try to find a way out.

So far so good, Stefan hadn’t screamed. Maybe he isn’t scared of anything after all

“There.” He points towards the door but all I see are giant cockroaches.

“I’ll go open it.” He says but suddenly freeze.

“What’s wrong?”

“R-Rats… Everywhere.” He stutters making me smirk.

“Oh Mr not scared of anything is afraid of a few rats. It’s not real Stefan.” I mocked but he shuddered.

“I can’t do it, you do.” He says wrapping his hands around himself. I look away and although all I see are cockroaches, I twist the door knob and we walk out.

“Congratulations….” The voice says and we’re injected with yet another substance.

“That’s serotonin. It’s counteracts the effect of the first substance.” It adds and we’re finally let out.

“I don’t see cockroaches anymore.” I beamed and he rubbed his eye lids.

“Oh thank goodness.” He says making me smirk.

“So Rats eh….” I said raising my brow.

“You forget about everything you heard and saw.” He demanded, this command I won’t obey.

“I think I won’t.” I clicked my tongue and snickered for added effects.

“You will Lina.” He growled clearly annoyed.

“Nope…” I said popping the “p” searching for our next ride….
