I quickly ran as fast as my legs could carry me without taking my bike…

I wonder why Nana gave me this book and why she looked so scared??..

Is something going on that I don’t know of??..

I reached home and went up to my room only to find my mother packing my bags…

‘Mom what is going on??’..i asked and she smiled nervously..

‘Oh nothing Ari just that i just received a call from your school that you should be there by tomorrow’…she said..

‘Tomorrow?!!!’..i flinched..

‘Yes Ari that’s why I’m packing so fast,you have to leave tonight’…

‘But I haven’t said goodbye to my friends yet!!!’..i exclaimed..

‘Yeah that’s why you have Facebook,you can chat them up later’..she said and when she saw the book in my hands she froze…

‘Ariana who gave you that book?’..she asked..

‘Uhhh Nana gave it to me,yeah I was about to ask you that,what’s wrong with her?’..i asked but my mom just kept staring…

‘Ariana you have to leave now’..she said

‘B..bu…but..’

‘No buts Ari you’re leaving now!!!!!’…

So today is my last day in Ohio..

My very last day before I leave for NC college…

The best Culinary school in history…

‘Huh son’..my dad said as he sat on my bed..

‘Yeah dad?’..

‘I want you to have this’..he said handing over a skillet to me..

‘Dad it’s just a skillet,i can easily buy one in college’..i teased but when I saw the horrid look on his face i gulped hard…

‘Son I want you to have this,never tell anyone about this skillet and protect it your life’…he said and walked away…

Why is he getting so worked up over a skillet…

And why is my name on it?!!..
