Episode 11

Zara’s POV

After Morris left I began working on my new story assignment..

It was about New York Call girls..

I pasted every single lead of my story on my bulletin board and Audrey walked in…

He looked so angry and hurt that I wondered what Morris said to him…

‘Iron lady some guy said I should give you this’..Mark said breaking me from my thoughts.

He was holding a large bouquet of flowers and a small box…

I opened the box and there were chocolates in it…

‘Who sent this??’..i asked…

‘I don’t know but i think his name is Murphy’..he replied…

‘Oh you mean Morris,thanks Mark,you can go now.

He left and I smiled reading the card Morris sent me…

He’s nicest person I’ve ever met but I don’t know why i can’t get a connection with him…

Audrey came into my office and dropped his part of the story and paused when he saw flowers and chocolate on the table…

‘Morris sent them??’..he asked and I frowned..

‘None of your business Audrey please leave my office’..i replied coldly…

‘That’s it Zara!!’..he screamed and slapped his hands on my table…

Wait who does this bas***d think he is??..

‘Who the f**k are you Audrey,what gave you the morale or the audacity to come into my office and bang on my table like that?!!!’…i fired back and he crossed his arms…

‘I know you were pregnant for me five years ago Zara and I also know that you lost the baby’..he said…

I stared at him as seconds passed and water overflowed from my tear duct…

‘Leave my office please Audrey,you’re causing a scene’..i replied and he reached out for me but I backed away…

‘Zara i know I hurt you really bad the past few years and I know the amount of hatred you have for me but please let me make it up to you!!’…he said and i cried deeply…

‘Please just go away Audrey,you’ve caused me enough pain already’…i said but he refused…

‘I’m not leaving until you talk to me Zara’..he said and I scoffed…

‘Fine I’ll leave instead,i quit!!!!’…

Episode 12

Morris’s POV

Talking to Audrey in that manner made me feel much more better after all these years…

Ever since we were kids he was the perfect kid while i was always the screw up…

And now I’m the perfect man while he’s the screw up…

He deserves everything he’s facing after all he did to Zara…

‘He’s not coming Zara’..I said as to her as she held onto my shirt…

‘Tell me it’s also a joke,everyone is joking,why is everyone joking?!!!’..she screamed in tears…

‘i also wish it wasn’t true but it is Zara,Audrey is gone’..i muttered and she rested her head on my shoulders crying….

Audrey’s POV❤️

‘You can’t quit Zara,you can’t leave your job because of me??’..He said..

‘Well since you won’t leave me alone I’ll leave you instead!!’..i replied and when I turned I was shocked…

Everyone was standing outside my office and they heard everything,.

Oh God this is bad…

‘You both should take a break’..Antonio said and I flinched ..

‘It’s my personal life Antonio,you can’t just give my leave because of my relationship problems?!!’..

‘Normally Zara i don’t do things this way but from what I heard
you really need a break,you both need a break’..Antonio said and i groaned…

‘See you both at work next monday’..he added and walked away angrily.

What am I going to do for the rest of the week?!!
