The Law Of Consistency

THE LAW OF CONSISTENCY

John C Maxwell has a statement that holds forte in my heart. It is “If you have a tree to cut down get an ax and take five good swings at the tree each day, eventually you will chop it down. It may take a month to fell a small tree, while a big tree may take years to topple. The size of the tree isn’t the issue; the real question is whether or not you DILIGENTLY TAKE FIVE SWINGS at it every day.”

HE calls it Rule of 5, which I more easily see as the Law Of Consistency.
Just this morning, I understood the power of this LAW when I saw a WhatsApp message from an unknown number.
I read through his messages and he stated he was impressed with one of my writings I posted in a Group.

He then asked for the services that the Innomathor Team renders, I decided to show him… After talking for a period of time, he highlighted a major point of concern that had been ringing in my heart for me… CONSISTENCY!
It was clear we offered these services but we hadn’t been Consistent!

I took his words and meditated on them. Truth be told, there were quite “reasonable reasons” not to be consistent but those reasons have in a way disguised themselves and have become limitations!

Growth never happens in our Comfort Zone. Whenever we become complacent about our obligations and Visions, it reduces our impact and commensurately our results…

Yes, Insanity is doing the same thing over and over with the hope of expecting different results… But it is only the “seemingly insane” people that make a difference!

Definitely, there will always be a need to be strategic in our approach and change our actions when we are not clearly hitting it BUT we should never stop being CONSISTENT.

Get to the drawing board if you have to!
Restrategise!
Gain the right knowledge!
Build new relationships

But NEVER GIVE UP!

As long as it is a worthwhile goal you live for
Never be afraid to PUSH SOME MORE ❤✌
