Previously On I Want A Home

It was unfortunate the last two escorts at the last vehicle died while trying to take a u-turn despite the levity situation on the small road.

The blocked area of the intersection that leads to the route had caused the major problem and more vehicles had began to take the left route instead of the right where the truck had blocked totally while some vehicles that had taken it already were trying to reverse and get back at the mere sight of the gunshot ahead.
The more vehicles took the route, the more vehicles began to turn, thereby resulting to a big problem due to the tight situation.

It took Jakoby less than two minutes to finish up the rest of the boys just as Derrick killed the man driving the car Abu was seated.

Joel and Derrick ran back to their previous position at the roof placement which got Abu so unfortunate.

New Episode. Episode 77

Five hours later.

Derrick opened the front door of the vehicle and got down, he walked towards the gate they were about to enter and brought out a batch of keys. He picked one of the big keys and opened up the lock on the handle. He opened the small part of the gate and got inside.

Less than 45 seconds later, the main gate of the building opened wide and Steve drove inside the compound.

Joel who was at the back seat with a box on his laps opened the door immediately Steve halted. Jakoby and Jason along Cyrus who were also at the back seat opened each side of the doors and they all began to get down before Steve finally came down from the driver’s side.

Derrick closed and shut the gate and everyone of them began to walk to the big entrance of the building.

Joel who was with the box was the first to step at the door before Jakoby, Jason and Cyrus while Steve waited for Derrick to levied up with him. He took the chance to look round the house for anything amiss while waiting for Derrick who later levied up less than 30 seconds later.

Joel didn’t have to wait much at the main door to get into the house when the door gave way. Vivian opened it and stepped back into the room without minding the silly smiles Joel made.

She turned immediately and walked back to the sofa she was seated previously. Everyone got inside after Joel and Steve walked in last, he shut the door after Derrick and walked to meet everyone of them already trying to have their seats.

Jakoby and Jason sat together on a sofa and Joel stepped beside Vivian to have a seat, he dropped the box on the only center table between them and relaxed on the sofa.

Steve who walked in last entered and turned to Vivian briefly while Derrick and Cyrus remained standing. He turned to Cyrus some minutes later and back to Derrick.

“Take him inside and tie him up” Steve instructed Derrick, referring to Cyrus.

Valentine threw the empty glass cup on the body guard face immediately in anger. He smashed his wrist twice on the long rectangular office desk and shouted on the body guard.

He widened his face and turned to the computer man he called for, he was so furious at the same time scared.

“The country arm forces blocked the entire road, no vehicle was allowed to pass and each vehicle on the road were checked thoroughly. The army commander claimed that some terrorists were about to take the road and they are transporting prohibited missiles out of the country. The claims have reached the ears of the country’s President who had immediately called the federal state security agencies to support the army with immediate effect”

“Damn” Valentine cursed loud and fling the list of arranged documents that were placed at the left angle of the desk. He smashed both fists on the desk and rushed out behind the opened space he sat.

“And where the fu..ck were you when this all happened huh !! Huh, answer my goddamn question. I told you to handle the street cameras and everything else that could disrupt this whole goddamn thing” He shouted at the computer man and rushed to him, he sent a quick punch into his face and raised his second hit.

“Before anything else, I’m sure we must have dropped hints that could relate this back to us” Jason stated speaking immediately Steve settled down on the only stool placed beside the sofa Joel and Vivian were seated.

He’s voice was broad, loud and clear enough. He took his time and paused for a moment before continuing after he got everyone’s attention.

“We’ll have to clear any visible evidence from the whole point”

“I thought you already cleared the surveillance footages where we could be seen” Joel interrupted him instantly.

“Yes, I cleared everything up including other activities and places all of you must have gone two days ago and few hours ago but there might still be other places or things I must have omitted or didn’t checked. Which is why its necessary to do that now”

“Yeah Jason is right, there are two different attack scenes today. The cops would be investigating likewise the country’s arm forces and we have to eradicate evidence of our activity today. The truck I used was rented with a fake identity, there wasn’t enough time for me to get it done properly without making some mistakes but I have to ensure that its cleared just as Jason said” Steve spoke too.

“I already checked every other activities fully but we have to be careful enough else we’ll get bombarded just in few days” Jason added after Steve intercepted him. He placed his arms on his laps with his third finger right above his cheek.

“Clearing off our traces should not be too difficult, we can sort that out right away but I do think we should focus on the next thing here.. I meant about this box”

“We have to be careful with the content of the box Joel, Cyrus told me we could be traced if we do not proceed with caution” Derrick voice suddenly sounded from the other entrance that leads to the room. He walked out behind the arranged sofas and stepped in between the sofa Jakoby and Jason were seated.

“You have to understand we need to proceed with caution man !! Rushing up things would only make this tedious” He added to counter Joel just as everyone turned to him.

Valentine sent a kick into the computer man’s chest instead, he jerked and scrub his fingers through his hair in extreme annoyance. He walked back to his previous position and take a glance at Frank who was seated gently at the other part of the big office.

He placed one of his fingers into his mouth and paced round the room for a moment. He stepped out from his position again and stepped beside the body guard he threw the glass cup on earlier.

“Damn it” he cursed out loud and faced the body guard whose face was drenched in blood.

“What about Abu? Where the hell is he? Its been hours” He yelled.

“it was all a set up, the box do not contain what we needed” Michael spoke softly into the phone and walked back to the window side he was previously standing.

He looked through the outside view through the window and turned back to Ruiz who was seated on the only bed of the room.

A small square box was on the same bed along a laptop with three different disk copies.

“Yeah. We escaped the cops but I need you to get here as soon as you can. We may need few of the things I told you to bring along” Michael continued the phone conversation till he was done. He said few more words into the phone and walked back to the bed.

“I’ve got it arranged, they would get here in an hour” He told Ruiz who seemed to be in a long thought. Ruiz was seated on the bed with his left leg stretched across the edge while his right leg on the floor. He looked so much lost in thoughts and didn’t seem to have heard Michael.

“Boss !!” Michael called out and reached to Ruiz by touching him.

“I said I’ve got it arranged, the men would be here in one hour” Michael repeated.

“Jason and I would handle the traces we might have left behind, for now we stay calm and proceed with extreme caution. We are going to work on the box and see what should be done and left undone after we’re sure of no traces left behind” Steve concluded and everyone of them nodded. He nodded too and stand up.

He walked to the desk Joel placed the box and carried it, he began to unwrap it while they watched. The inner part of the box was divided into six compartment, the left side contained a small alike flash, its has a shape of a flash but there was a tip on its handle and its seemed like an opening. The right side contained three separate disk copies and the compartment carefully arranged.

Steve picked up all the six items from their compartment and placed them all on the desk.

“We are gonna proceed with this carefully, Cyrus will be our guide in finding out what we need to do and what we need to know” Steve continued speaking.

“Calm down man, was it my fault all of this happened?” Abu phrased on the phone immediately after Valentine jerked on him.

“But it was your fault for not complying with my instructions. If you had followed my instructions, this wouldn’t have happened”

“Calm down man, its…”

“Don’t tell me to calm down Abu, I trusted you because I think you were intelligent. What the goddamn are you telling me? Do you adequately know what you’ve just lost?” Valentine yelled, totally furious, his voice was so loud its affected Abu who jerked the phone a bit away from his ear.

He looked at the phone screen as Valentine cursed on with pierced annoyance for a moment before he spoke.

“There’s a tracker on the box. We’re just in no time away from getting it back from whoever attacked us. So calm down man” Abu phrased in his Arabian tone.
