#Sardonyx’ POV
When I dreamt of a wonderful life I believed it was impossible to get, that it was never a thing for me to achieve but I was wrong. All I needed was to clear my conscience and viola! I feel like a baby again.
After that day with Elroy, I got to know that Ammy recovered her memories so I returned to apologized to her and Lucien. Elroy insisted on going with me and hell yea I was scared, he could easily fall in love with her and there goes another love but he didn’t. In fact they hate each other. Turns out they were high school frenemies and coincidentally his dad was the doctor that treated her as a child.
The main point is that even tho they are friends, they hate each other. They never agree on anything. It was funny seeing her bully him, I mean Ammy the bully? So not a nice ring
She forgave me in a heartbeat, that it was just destiny. Lucien on the other hand hate me but we all know he doesn’t keep grudges especially when Ammy is involved so he will eventually forgive me. Moving on to my dad, I moved to LA with my dad mostly because I wanted to be close to Elroy. His wife is an amazingly lovely woman. She accepted me freely because according to her, she always wanted a girl but God punished her with three boys (my awesome brothers)
Who would have thought I would end up with Elroy. His family are so nice and friendly, they love me. I can still remember the day he propose
He really shocked me

I was busy sleeping in my room when he called. It was a clear Saturday so I didn’t follow dad to work. (He’s a producer. Owns a very large movie firm)
‘Elrry dearie’ I chirped
‘Her Majesty’ he chirped back. My heart fluttered like it always did whenever he randomly change my nickname. He’s the sweetest guy in the universe. Elroy is a SanMel guy (only few will understand what SanMel is) very emotional and soft hearted. Being the only boy among four soft girls really toyed with him. He’s tough on the outside, soft on the inside
He only shows his real emotions around me so I’m always careful with what I say because he can easily burst into tears. My very own baby man
‘So what’s up? How was the sign off?’
‘Lame. Just some girls here and more girls there’ he said boringly. I chuckled
‘They love you’ I laughed
‘If I go bald will they still love me?’ He asked churlishly
‘They are other bald singer dummy’ he chuckled. ‘So what do you want Elrry?’
‘Date. I want you to go out on a friendly date with me’
‘Hmmm. Where?’
‘Erica’s restaurant’ his second older sister
‘Isn’t that too public? People will see us together and misunderstand everything’ I said nervously. The last thing I need is a rumour that will gain me false attention. We always go out in disguise. ‘Or are you going to disguise yourself?’
‘No’ he said lowly. ‘I’ll pick you up in three hours, be ready’ he said hastily and hung up. I wanted to argue but I knew better, he might cry. The boys walked into my room
‘Izzy can you tell your brothers to stop calling Brenda my girlfriend? It’s annoying’ Warren the oldest of the triplet and much calmer one said upsettingly
‘But you like her’ Walter the second eldest said teasingly
‘For Christ sake idiots! I’m in love with Trisha’ he yelled. Wayne and Walter high five each other. ‘Shut up’
‘Boys can you get mom for me?’ I asked politely.
‘Mom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’ They screamed making me fly out of my bed in shock
‘Are you guys crazy?’
‘Sorry’ thy apologized laughingly. Mom ran in holding a frying pan. ‘Run!!!’ They screamed and ran out through the big window
‘See why I wanted girls and not boys’ mom said nettlingly. I chuckled
‘Mom can you help me pick out a dress? I’m going out on a friendly date with Elroy’
She gasped and squealed
‘Another reason why I wanted a girl, I live for dress up’ she shrieked. ‘I have the perfect dress for you’ she ran out and returned with a dress. It was a pink velvet and silk gown with two straps to tie around the neck. It was backless with diamond at the hem and necklines of the dress. ‘Isn’t it beautiful’
‘Not really’
‘Either way, you’ll wear it’ she said sternly. She matched it up with green clear heels and purse. Since the dress already formed a necklace of it own, I didn’t bother wearing any except diamond earrings and brackets
Elroy came and as usual my brothers openly teased me. I hate them. He was acting weird and tizzy which was disturbing. He didn’t mind the stare as we walked into the restaurant arm in arm, me on the other hand was melting with fear.

‘So how was the food?’ He asked nervously
‘Fabulous as ever but not more than mom’s’ I admitted grinningly. He nodded and unbuttoned three of his up buttons. He was sweating seriously. We were in a private room so I’ll feel comfortable. ‘Are you okay?’
‘Me? I’m fine’ he said even more nervously and laughed crazily. ‘I’m fine’
‘You’re not. You are sweating badly even tho this place is cold’
‘I’m fine’ he laughed. He was falling into a serious panic mode
‘Can you please calm down’ I pleaded. ‘Now tell me what’s wrong’ I said softly holding his hand, he removed it and wiped his sweat with two hankies.
‘I….I…..I…I…I can’t do this Izzy, I can’t’
‘Elroy I want you to stop being a baby and tell me what’s wrong, I’m your best friend remember?’
‘I can’t, I’m sorry’ he said shakily
‘Then consider our friendship over’ I said stridently to get him to talk. I stood up and headed to the door intentionally leaving my purse
‘Izzy please don’t go’ he begged. I ignored him. He suddenly hugged me from behind when my hand touched the doorknob. He buried his face into my neck and cried. ‘I’m scared you’ll hate me’ he sobbed. See what I mean. ‘Please don’t leave me’ he sobbed pleadingly. I turned around still making sure his arms were wrapped around my waist.
‘I won’t ever leave you’ I said assuredly
‘Promise?” He asked poutingly. I wiped his tears and smiled
‘Teddy bear promise’ he looked at his feet shyly. I lifted his head up to look at me. I so wanted to kiss him but I knew my limit
‘Izzy. I love you’ he whispered. At first I thought it was a joke but the look on his face made me think otherwise. His eyes were searching mine for answers desperately. My jaw dropped because I really didn’t expect him of all people to love me. ‘Please say something’ he whined. I couldn’t get over the shock. ‘I knew it! I should have kept my big mouth shut. I should never have listened to mom’ he moved away from me crying again. I smiled and wiped his face again with my hands. ‘You reject me don’t you? You don’t love me I’m a fool to think you will’
‘I love you too’ I smiled, tears rolling down my cheeks to my lips. He grinned with wide eyes
‘Really?!’
‘Really’
‘Oh My Lord!’ He squealed. He picked me up and spun me around. ‘Thank you so much Izzy love, thank you’
‘Drop me down Elroy’ I said laughingly. He placed my feet back gently on the floor
‘We are dating now right?’
‘I don’t know. What do you think?’ I asked winkingly.
‘I think this’ with that he captured my lips with his. It was nothing but a salty kiss but I still loved it. I would admit I was terrified that he’ll use and dump me so I made a decision to not sleep with him until I’m hundred percent sure

I smiled. This bed is so soft, mine isn’t that soft. I felt someone tap me
‘Sweetie get up’ Elroy’s voice sang in my head. Sweet dream. ‘Sweetie get up, The food is getting cold’
I sat up sharply and looked at him, he was carrying a tray of food and I was in his room! What am I doing here?
‘What am I doing in your room?’ I asked panicky. I remembered we went to a party the previous night but I couldn’t remember anything else. We’ve only being dating for a month and to me that’s not enough time
He smiled sweetly at me and shrugged. He pointed to my body. I looked at it and saw his shirt from last night
I frowned deeply at him. What have he done to me
